By-elections Soon In TG, Says Talasani

Hyderabad: Former minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has made interesting comments on the defection of the party MLAs in Telangana. He predicted that the by-elections were likely to be held in place of the MLAs, who have switched sides as per the High Court's verdict. He also predicted that the victory in the election would belong to their party.

Talasani Srinivas Yadav along with his family visited Komuravelli Mallikarjuna Swamy temple and performed special pujas. Speaking to media persons later, he said all arrangements were made at Komuravelli Mallanna temple during the tenure of the previous government. “We have developed the Mallanna temple in many ways by providing amenities such as drinking water, dormitories and a golden crown. Since Mallanna temple was developed during KCR's tenure, the revenue was around Rs5 crore earlier. Now it has reached a significant amount of more than Rs.20 crore.

Stating that it has been 14 months since the formation of the Congress government, he alleged that the farmers and the BCs were facing a lot of difficulties. He said the Congress government, which had given six guarantees and made 420 promises during the assembly elections, did not fully implement any of the guarantees.
